By-polls not a referendum: CM
Hyderabad, March 5 (Crime News): The Chief Minister N.Kiran Kumar Reddy has made it crystal clear that the forthcoming bye-elections in the seven assembly constituencies cannot be construed as a referendum to the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh. Stating that the bye elections were being held for some special reasons and that the APCC would supervise the campaign part and top leaders like Chiranjeevi and he would also proceed to the said constituencies for campaign.
He told the visiting media persons after the assembly adjourned for the day that the Adhar smart cards will help provide online most of the essential commodities to the beneficiary wherever he/she may be. One can draw his ration online and it will also help eliminate bogus ration cards, which was playing havoc with the actual beneficiaries. The Adhar card process will be completed by March ending, the CM said.
